Many of us can't live without " Maggi " especially when one is away from home, in a foreign land. Here is a piece of information to share so that we can remove the potential health hazard of consuming Maggi. Maybe you should print this to keep as a reminder, pin it up in the kitchen.

1. Atta Maggie contains? DSG (DiSodium Glutamate), which does contain Bactosoytone. Not written in ingredients as such, hidden under alias Flavor-627. using Bactosoytone, itself made from soy protein using a catalyst enzyme porcine (taken from intestine of Pig).

2. The current cooking instruction printed on instant noodles label is wrong.
Normally, the way we cook the instant noodles is to put the noodles into a pot with water, throw in the powder and let it cook for around 3 minutes and then it’s ready to eat. (WRONG!)

3. Nestlé have faced criticism over their advertising of the Maggi brand, adhering to marketing regulations in developed countries, but making misleading claims in developing countries where regulation permits it.

4. The dry and crunchy noodles contains wax. It contains wax – able to stay inside body for 4 to 5 days.

5. The advert made false claims that the noodles would “help to build strong muscles, bone and hair”. The British Advertising Standards Authority said that the advert did not abide by the new EU consumer protection legislation, by which advertisers have to provide proof of health claims.

6. One serving (1 block or 100 grams) of noodles contains 1170 mg. of sodium aka salt n all we know SALT is responsible for increase in Blood Pressure and heart patients all over the world.

7. Boiling the separately packaged flavors in water changes the MSG (Monosodium glutamate) to toxic form - 'Silent damage' to the brain...also linked to asthma attacks, cause disabling arthritis, and even serious depressions, behavioral problems in children....
MSG has been found to be more toxic than all other food toxins, poisons and allergens.!!!

I had purchased a pair of shoe on 21-7-2012 from adi sports (1) pvt ltd, shop no 126 in G.I.P MALL.Shoes became damaged due to normal use.i have complained on 22-11-2012 and sent it for quality check.Now he told me this shoes didn't approved for quality check because of missus.He is not giving me a positive response.3000 Rs/- is not a small amount.Store keeper is called me on 30-11-2011 and said please take return it without any maintenance.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Adidas showroom at Big Bazar Rave Moti Rawatpur Kanpur Show Room before 5 months approx, Bill no. sc12/454 stock no. 4050955568502 purchase date 16th June, 2012 and send for repairing date 27 Nov., 2012 but Repairer does not do proper result for repairing of show and again shoe damages at different places, he has taken courier charges in place of repairing charges of Rs. 250.00 + 10.00 had been charged by the Show room of Rave Moti Kanpur. You are most humbly requested to please repair / replace the shoes or any other relief which deem fit may kindly be given otherwise I will file the suit against the company in Consumer Forum of Kanpur for any problem / query you will be responsible and please contact me over my phone no. 09453287350 so very kind of you. I was given a pair of Golf shoes for christmas from my wife, as a woman ha ha she had got her father to get them for me. As I am new to the sport, my first outing was in May the bank holiday weekend, the first time i wore them, I put them on with pride, and after only 9 holes i returned to my car only to notice that all the leather???? had cracked and was peeling away from the right shoe only, yes it was wet but are the shoes made for all weathers???? Iam very disgusted to say the least AFTER only one game pf golf.
I am no longer possession of the receipt for these shoes, can somthing be done ?

I had purchased ADIDAS shoes from their patna showroom (in front of mauryalok ) when i started wearing the shoe it got torn apart and cracked in few days much to my surprise as never imagine that a shoe costing rs2000... and from WORLD NO2 Shoe mfgr become unwearable in a week! Since i have lost the receipt as the name ADIDAS IS sufficient guarantee who cares about receipt. The shoe is still lying in my garage much to the astonoishment of my friends and guest...

I purchase a pair of Adadis shoes Freemont Mid G49739 UNIRED/UNIRED/BLACK 41-14596-1-04 size 10 1/2
from footlocker shoe store at the south hill mall puyallupfor my grandson on July 2nd 2013. Shoes fell apart and on Sept 20, took the shoes back to foot locker and was told that they could do nothing. I needed to contact the manafacture. The shoes did not last and I would like a refund or a new pair of shoes. I paid $54.59. Very disapointed.

I visited one of the adidas outlet in Hanumangarh pin: 335513 . I bought a t-shirt from there . I told them that there is dust here so they told tell where it is and started talking badly and when we had bought the tshirt told me and my friends to get out . This is really unacceptable that when you are shopping from such a brand and they recieve you like this in a store . Not only this when I called the customer care of adidas he cut my phone in the middle when I was complaining and second time when I called the same man picked the phone and started a conversationike...

• In a study to test the effects of adding ingredients such as honey, sugar, molasses, plum juice, lime oil, chocolate, cocoa, and coffee extract to cigarettes, experimenters with Philip Morris stuffed thousands of rats into tiny canisters that pumped tobacco smoke directly into their noses six hours a day for 90 consecutive days. The rats were then killed and dissected to examine the harm caused to their bodies.
• To test the effects of using high-fructose corn syrup to flavor cigarettes, experimenters at R.J. Reynolds spread cigarette tar on the skin of more than 1,000 mice and rats and then forced them to breathe cigarette smoke. Many of the mice who had tar spread on their skin died during the study. Other mice had their skin peel off, and they developed skin tumors. All the surviving animals were killed and dissected
• Philip Morris experimenters subjected 1,000 rats to two years of breathing either diesel engine exhaust or secondhand cigarette smoke for six hours a day, seven days a week, just to compare the effects of the exposure on their lungs.
• Experimenters hired by Lorillard Tobacco (the maker of Newport and other brands of cigarettes) forced rats to breathe cigarette smoke for three hours a day for five days and then killed them and cut them open to see if the exposure had harmed their lungs.

Only Procter & Gamble replied, saying they tests on animals & none of the other companies even replied to me...
